Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy to both men and women. I approach therapy from an eclectic approach, as each client is unique and brings different needs and has different goals of what they would like to achieve in therapy. I draw from a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and positive psychology approaches. We work together to make sure that you have a safe and comfortable space. I am direct, but compassionate. My therapy office is a space to vent and to know you are being heard, but I also work to provide you with helpful information, and to make sure that you leave therapy with a set of new tools and skills to help you in the future.
